Jungle Cabin is nestled in the remote areas of the Northern hills in the
Nainital district of Uttarakhand, India. It sits high on the Kumaon Hills
at an altitude of 2438 meters (8000 feet). Surrounded by 22 pristine
snow-peak views, it provides the adventure of living among wildlife
including mountain lion & leopards. The charm of visiting Jungle
Cabin lies in enjoying nature, listening to air gushing through deodar
tree forests, bird watching, meditating, and seeking peace. Forest
covers 99 % of the area in the surroundings.
Surrounded by about 110 tree species and 580 bird species, you are
lucky to witness leopards, barking deer, hog deer, Chital, Sloth, and
Himalayan black bears at a few feet from the Cabins.
Climate:- Jungle cabin has cold winters and relatively cool summer with drastically escalated rainfall. Snowfall occurs in December and January.
When the snow melts, Jungle Cabin transforms into a deep green mountain idyll with wooded slopes and views of the mountains on all sides.
There are numerous hiking trails for trekking and hiking lovers. A 2 Km Trek at elevation of 7,816 metres (25,643 ft) above sea level and you have the best view.
Himalayan mountains will provide space for everyone to relax, with plenty of opportunities for activities to suit varying tastes. The Beautiful Villa has an open-plan living area across the top floor, with panoramic views from the windows and the balcony. There are minimalist design features throughout, while the glass-fronted sauna and yoga room on the ground floor offers a place to wind down after hiking, biking, rappelling, or rock climbing. If you’re there during winters, it's a place to stretch after ripping walks in the snow.
An opportunity to explore the wilderness- yet a virgin in the midst of jungle and in Himalayan valleys. It’s a place not yet explored with rich ancient history.
